Time goes by like a snake
then it feels like eternity
the log drifts away
my immortal presence then feels mortal
flies by like a train

An hourglass
so much of it full of sand
seeps down like it's afraid
the black matter slips away

I wish it was afraid of noise
then I could make it go away
instead, I don't have a say
behind the metal glass
the sand scatters into the fray
it should take this as the way
